Do you provide servers and bartenders?

Yes, we have TABC certified bartenders and experienced serving staff for full service catering events, with Hank's Catering provided alcohol. Staffing rates apply.

Do you provide alcoholic beverages?

Yes, we can provide alcoholic beverages, though not required for us to bartend the event.

Do you have a minimum order?

Our minimum order is $1000 for delivery & pick up, and serviced off site events, pre-tax and applicable fees.

How much notice do you need for an order?

We do require a 48 hour notice, though some items do need 72 hours notice. Our catering team can guide you on what is available on short notice.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver within a one hour radius of our facility.

Greater Austin areas we deliver to: Liberty Hill, Georgetown, Round Rock, Lago Vista, Bastrop, Manor, West Lake, Austin, Buda, Dripping Springs, Driftwood. Delivery fee based on mileage to destination.

What style services do you offer?

We provide pick up, delivery, and full service-staffed catering.

Do you have rental plates and silverware?

Yes, we have basic traditional place settings for rent (full service catering only), or biodegradable disposables. If interested in special place settings, we can refer you to our event rental vendor partners.

Do you have table linens?

Yes, we have 90x90 square linens for rent - black, white, ivory. If interested in specialty linens, we can refer you to our event rental vendor partners.

What payment options do you have?

We have an online credit card processing system, credit card authorization form, business checks, and cash.

Do you do full service event planning?

We coordinate food, and applicable beverages. We work with a lot of fantastic event coordinators, and would be happy to share them with you!

My venue requires the catering team to set up tables and chairs. Does Hank's Catering offer this service?

Yes, we can set up tables and chairs. Client is responsible for coordinating their own decor set up. Staffing fees do apply to set up of the venue.

Do you provide any decor (i.e. candles, signage, floral, etc.)?

We do not provide any decor, with the exception of our 90x90 square linens, available for rent.

What is your cancellation policy?

What is the coordination fee?

Our coordination fee includes all pre-event planning, like rental order placement and revisions, along with site visits, planner consultation, and menu preparation.
